Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vedaon Wellness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our premium organic extracts. Please review our policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds below.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have thirty (30) days from the date of product delivery to request a return:

  • Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The original security seal, labels, and outer packaging must be fully intact.
  • Health & Hygiene Standards: Due to the nature of wellness dietary supplements and liquid extracts, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost:

  • Reporting Window: You must report any damages, leakage, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery to support@vedaon.com.
  • Evidence Requirement: Please attach high-resolution photos of the damaged items and the delivery box. A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required to confirm that the package arrived damaged.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Open packages or bottles with broken security seals.
  • Products acquired through rank incentives, loyalty reward points, or promotional free gifts.
  • Orders where the return request is initiated after 30 days from delivery.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@vedaon.com detailing your Order ID, product details, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.
  • Shipping: Depending on the pin code, we may arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable, you will need to ship the package back via a registered courier and share tracking details. Return shipping costs are born by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our central warehouse and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will notify you of the status:

  • Inspection: If the product is approved in its original unopened condition, your refund will be processed. If the item is found to be opened or damaged, the refund will be rejected and the product can be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI) or credited as a balance in your secure Vedaon wallet, as preferred by the customer.
  • Timeline: Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, dispatch happens within 24 hours of order placement. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must receive the package and follow the standard return procedure if you still wish to return it.
