1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing this website, registering as a customer, or enrolling as an independent network affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Registration & Account Security
To participate in our network commerce platform and access products, users must create a member account:
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. Falsifying identity or sponsor details will lead to account suspension.
- Single Account: Users are permitted to register only one primary profile in the network, unless otherwise authorized under specific multi-node business packages.
- KYC Compliance: Active participation and withdrawal privileges are conditional upon the submission and approval of Know Your Customer (KYC) documents.
- Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and secure wallet PIN confidential.
3. Network Commerce & Affiliate Guidelines
Vedaon operates a connected network e-commerce model where independent affiliates can earn commissions by selling products and building distributor teams:
- Relationship: Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of Vedaon. You have no authority to bind the company legally.
- Cross-Sponsoring: Enticing existing active members to join under a different genealogy tree or sponsor node is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for termination.
- Advertising & Marketing: Affiliates must use only official marketing materials. Making exaggerated health claims regarding Vedaon products is forbidden.
- E-Pin Security: Pin-based transactions and activations must follow official platform guides. The transfer of pins is done at your own risk.
4. Product Ordering & Payments
All product purchases, orders, and sales made on our platform are governed by the following:
- Pricing: Product prices, taxes (GST/VAT), and delivery charges are specified on checkout and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Purchases must be completed using verified payment gateways or available secure wallet balances. Unconfirmed bank references will not be credited.
5. Commissions, Wallets & Withdrawals
Commission calculations, binary matches, rewards, and withdrawals are subject to the following rules:
- Genealogy and Calculations: Bonus points, pairings, and commissions are processed and updated according to the specific plan guidelines.
- Withdrawal requests: Processing time is up to 5 business days. Withdrawals are subject to local bank processing windows and transactional fees.
- Taxes: Applicable government taxes, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), will be automatically deducted from payouts in compliance with regulations.
6. Suspension & Account Termination
Vedaon reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate account access and withhold pending wallet balances for violations of these Terms, ethical breaches, platform abuse, or fraudulent activity.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India.
