1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation:
- Shipment Dispatch: Orders are not dispatched on Sundays, national holidays, or local warehouse holidays.
- High Volume Periods: During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional events, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.
- Order Status: You will receive a confirmation email and SMS once your order has been successfully placed.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
We deliver to pin codes across India, utilizing a network of premium logistical partners:
- Delivery Areas: We service over 19,000+ pin codes. If a particular remote location is categorized as non-serviceable by our delivery partners, our customer support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or initiate a refund.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight and destination. We offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a minimum cart value of ₹3,000.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched from our central warehouse, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Tier 1 Cities & Metros: 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Towns: 5 to 7 business days.
- Remote Regions & North-East States: 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or local administrative constraints.
4. Logistics Partners & Tracking
We partner with leading domestic couriers (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, DTDC) to ensure safe handling of liquid extracts and wellness products. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation containing your tracking number. The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times before returning the shipment to our warehouse. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the user, or if the recipient is unavailable after three attempts, shipping costs for re-sending the order will be charged to the member/customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging liquid bottles using premium materials. However, if your package arrives damaged:
- Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting the delivery. If the package is visibly ruptured, leaking, or crushed, refuse acceptance and note the damage on the courier's delivery slip.
- Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording a continuous, unedited unboxing video of your package. This is required as visual evidence to process replacements for damaged items.
- Reporting: Report any transit damage, missing items, or leakage to support@vedaon.com within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos. We will initiate a replacement shipment once verified.
